Refund Policy

Gauss DSP offers a 14-day refund policy on all software purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will issue a full refund — no questions asked — within 14 days of your original purchase date.
1. Eligibility
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
- Refunds are available for any reason during this window.
- Each license is eligible for one refund. Repurchases are not eligible for additional refunds.
2. How to Request a Refund
Email us at hello@gaussdsp.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout. We will process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
3. After a Refund
Upon issuing a refund, your license key will be deactivated and you must uninstall the software. Continued use of the software after a refund has been issued is a violation of our Terms of Service.
4. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to permanently ban your account from future purchases. Please reach out — we are happy to make things right.
